Thank you for supporting the SkoBot Initiative. Every purchase directly supports Indigenous language revitalization, culturally grounded STEM education, and free educational resources for youth.
Because all apparel is produced in small batches and sold as a charitable fundraising item, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for reasons including incorrect size selection, change of mind, or buyer's remorse.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at michellechuang@steamconnection.org with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the request and, if approved, provide a replacement item at no additional cost.
